This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at motorbikesquad.in.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
A valid reason and clear photos of the product must be provided for return approval.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.
2. Reasons Accepted for Returns
We accept returns for:
Wrong item received
Wrong size delivered
Defective or damaged product
Quality issue with supporting photos
Exchange request (size, colour, or product change)
3. Exchanges
We offer a smooth 15-day exchange window.
You can request:
Size exchange
Colour exchange
Product-to-product exchange (based on price difference)
Exchanges are processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
4. Return Process
To request a return:

Provide your order number, photos, and reason for return.
Once approved, we arrange a pickup or guide you through the return shipping steps.
Our team will inspect the item once it reaches our warehouse.
Refund or exchange will be processed based on the inspection.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following terms:
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet).
Refunds may take 1–3 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
The product is used or washed
The product is returned without original packaging
The item is damaged due to customer handling
The return request is made after 15 days
The courier marks the package as RTO due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery
6. Replacement Warranty
If your product has a manufacturing defect:
We offer a 15-day replacement warranty for immediate issues.
For long-term issues, product warranties apply:
1 year general warranty
1 year defect-only warranty
3 years manufacturer warranty
Photos or videos of the defect may be required before approval.
7. Shipping Charges for Returns
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong product, wrong size sent, damaged item), pickup is free.
If the return is due to customer reasons (size issue, preference change, etc.), a small return shipping fee may apply depending on your location.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Orders refused at the time of delivery may be marked as RTO and may affect future ordering privileges.
