Our standard free shipping delivery time across India is 5–8 business day.
IInternational shipment delivery may take 8–13 days. However, it’s better to contact us before placing an order, as we charge separately for international shipping.
Delivery may take longer in remote areas or during high-volume seasons.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 5 PM are processed on the next working day.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping throughout India on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We previously offered full Cash on Delivery. However, due to increasing cases of fake addresses and fraudulent orders, we have discontinued standard COD
If you prefer to order with partial COD for trust or confirmation reasons, we provide a 45% advance payment option. After paying the advance, the remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
6. Shipping Responsibility
We take full responsibility for your order until it is handed over to the courier partner.
Once the courier picks up the package, delivery timelines and transit handling are managed by them—but we fully assist you in case of any issues.
7. Customer Verification
To ensure successful and secure delivery, you may receive a verification call or message from our team or from our shipping partners. Orders may be held until verification is completed.
8. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy
If an order is already shipped and you request a cancellation, the cancellation will not be accepted.
