3. Pricing & Taxes

• • All product prices on our website already include GST and shipping charges.

  • No extra charges are applied at checkout.

  • If you choose Razorpay, GST charges may apply based on Razorpay’s billing system.

  • Other payment modes do not include extra GST.

4. Order Processing & Cancellation

• • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address, the shipment may return to us (RTO), and such cases may affect future ordering privileges.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a simple and fair return and exchange process:

Returns

• • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • A valid reason and product photos must be provided.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Exchanges

• • We offer full exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  • Size, color, or product-related exchanges are accepted.
  • Exchange approval depends on product condition and availability.

6. Warranty Information

Our products come with multiple levels of warranty:

• • Replacement Warranty: 15 days

  • Manufacturer Warranty: 3 years

  • General Warranty: 1 year

  • Defect-Only Warranty: 1 year

Warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, accidental damage, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

7. Shipping Liability

We ensure your order is safely processed and packed.
However:  We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or wrong/incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We support you in all courier-related issues, but the final handling lies with the courier company once the order is dispatched.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on motorbikesquad.in—including images, logo, branding, product descriptions, layout, and design—belongs to MotorBike Squad International.

You may not:

  • Modify or publish our materials

  • Use our branding without written permission

Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use.
